"My grandma passed away a few weeks ago and my mom asked me to order a standing spray for my grandma's funeral. Since I was referred to this place by a friend, I decided to give them a call. I have never had to order special flowers before especially for my grandma's funeral. When I called I had a million questions to ask. Diana and her husband were so patient with me and walk me through it every step of the way. I gave Diana an idea what my mom was expecting the flowers should look like and when I got to my grandma's viewing it was exactly what we expected...beautiful! Especially at a sad time like this with my grandma passing not only were they thoughtful and caring people, they were reasonable, the communication, and service they gave was excellent. We exchanged emails and the next day at noon my wife had a wonderful bouquet delivered to her workplace for our 3-year wedding anniversary. Her ability to deliver on short-order combined with her no-risk business model (you pay only if you're satisfied) was great. The quality was definitely worth the price she charged. “Thank you, Forever Elegant Flowers! My boss's birthday was coming up, and I had found an arrangement that I liked online from ProFlowers. For whatever reason, I waited until the day before I needed them delivered, and low and behold, next day delivery was not available. I panicked, consulted Yelp, and landed on this fine business. I called at around 7 p.m., after normal business hours, and requested a bouquet of dendrobium orchids with plenty of height and elegance. Diana was so patient with my big request and with my stressing on having it be impressive. She gave me a very reasonable price for the arrangement and delivery. It was delivered the very next afternoon and my boss was very thankful and pleased. “Diana and her husband are life-savers! I rushed here to in hopes of finding a last minute bouquet for mother's day and they were extremely nice. Although I dropped by unannounced, they never made me feel rushed or brushed off. When I couldn't afford their large pre-made arrangements, they were very kind about it and diana quickly whipped up a beautiful tulip arrangement that was within my small budget. Two thumbs up for service! And upon seeing that I was a small-sized gal, her husband actually carried the vase to my car and reminded me to seatbelt and turn on the a/c. Never met a sweeter couple. “In Evergreen area of San Jose, there's almost no florist in the neighborhood (not couinting Lucky's supermarket as a "florist" ). My son was looking for a corsage and my wife heard about this place through other parents. Definitely a wide selection of corsages, and the price is quite reasonable. The owners (husband and wife) are very friendly and helpful; that is, they helped my son pick out a corsage that matched his date's dress and look. Later, I bought a flower arrangement from them, and my wife loved it. If I ever need a nice arrangement of flowers, I will always go to them. “In May 2010 my sister passed away. It was a very difficult time for myself and my family. My husband brought me to this flower shop to order the spread and a few side arrangements. The owner, her husband and son were working the counter and were extremely helpful. I explained to them the color and description of what I wanted. When I left I was hoping that they understood what I wanted and that it would come out nice. The day of the services we showed up and to my surprise all arrangements were there and they were just so beautiful!!! I know my sister would have loved them!! We received compliments from family and friends and they wanted to know where we got the flowers. After the services I was shocked to see the son of the shop show up and offer condolences.
